Additionally, the company highlighted its inclusive workplace practices by employing Isaac, a wheelchair user, who leverages AI voice-to-text technology to overcome typing challenges and excel in digital marketing and social media roles. SmartAge also collaborates with cross-professional teams, including founder Jason, DID\u2019s Peter, and a consultant from the Labour Department\u2019s Selective Placement Division, to foster inclusive employment opportunities.
