SmartAge introduced its AI care system, notably the “SmartAge Home System,” which uses sensor technology to analyze seniors’ daily routines, identifying health risks early to achieve “prevention over treatment.” This system requires no manual operation by the elderly, making professional support easily accessible. Additionally, the company highlighted its inclusive workplace practices by employing Isaac, a wheelchair user, who leverages AI voice-to-text technology to overcome typing challenges and excel in digital marketing and social media roles. SmartAge also collaborates with cross-professional teams, including founder Jason, DID’s Peter, and a consultant from the Labour Department’s Selective Placement Division, to foster inclusive employment opportunities. The forum further explored how AI drives workplace transformation through human-AI collaboration and personalized learning, enhancing efficiency and employee growth, showcasing the positive impact of technology.
